  INIFD Bhubaneswar’s Winner: INIFD Bhubaneswar is thrilled to announce that Tulasi Tenamiru Hembram , a student of the Post Graduate Program in Fashion Design has achieved marvelous victory as she won the Design Fest- Lakme Fashion Week (Zonal Level) & would be showcasing her Garment Design at India’s Premier & Biggest Fashion Event- Lakme Fashion Week 2022 . Hailing from a small town named Mayurbhanj in Odisha, the only career that she ever aspired of was to become a Fashion Designer .
